Turnberry will develop the office tower on spec. "I'm comfortable with the market," Soffer said regarding landing tenants.

Question? Who ownes/controls the parking lot across the street (Bounded by Demonbreun - 8th - McGavock - Courthouse Parking Garage) from the Turnberry site? That become prime with this announcement.

400k sq ft of spec space, I'm glad someone's doing it and Turnberry more than has the deep pockets to do it. We may be entering our Austin-like high rise boom now. 

 

The design is sleek and sexy, very modern, but I want to see other angles and settings (day vs night) before I make my final judgement. Otherwise, it looks great.
