Could you elaborate on what was knocked down to create Lake Palmer?...I honestly don remember what was there before...

In person, it was stunning.  I wish someone had a color image of it.

The one detail that stood out the most eye-catching to me was those columns, built of somewhat variegated orangish-yellow curved brick ─ masonry that you just don't run into very often.

Yeah...other than NYC, none of them are eye-popping designs.  Wish they would build our first render...but at least we're not getting that Silicon Valley dud.
