This project broke ground today.

It's small, but it's good. 

 

I think based on the collective conversation on all of these threads about a lack of a new tower and lost opportunities (with the exception of that 18 story proposal near Star), I think the more raw number of residential projects- as long as they are mixed use- the better for downtown.

 

Add to the mix projects like 800. Sir them up in a pot and you get neighborhood soup.

 

That's what Orlando needs to really solidify here; more people.
