Louie's Wine Dive, an upscale wine bar and restaurant, is the first eatery announced for ground floor space at Skyhouse.  The 3,000 sq. ft. restaurant will feature a 27 foot ceiling:

There is a lot of speculation that the food and beverage scene here is way over saturated. When the next economic slow down hppens, a lot of them will fail.

That's exactly why if I were opening a social drinking spot it would appeal to more people like a pub. It would take a hit with an economic slowdown but the chances of the doors closing are less. People are always gonna go out somewhere and drink their sorrows away, so make it more affordable.

There is a lot of retail for lease in the apartment buildings under construction. It's going to take time to fill it all. Look how long it took for the space in Encore to be leased.

Looks like Sky house is going to have a cool blue on top of the building which I think looks great any building in Nashville with night enhancement to the skyline is a plus!!

I think that's a FedEx drop box. 

But point taken.  The drive-up canopy looks silly. Suburban elements don't always get swept out all at once.

I'd be very pleased if the 505 got this type of lighting on the top of their building.
