The Element is about 179 ft, 19 stories tall while the Skyhouse is 289 ft., 25 stories. The Element might have gone taller, but was started before the ceiling was shattered by Skyhouse.

The back end of Skyhouse is just under 200' btw. So coming up Demonbreun it looks a bit taller than 179'.

Sky house is rental. I'm guessing this one takes two years to lease out. Element is advertising two months free rent and discounted rent. We have hit the point of saturation for higher end rentals and still have lots of inventory coming online.

This building is very prominent in the midtown skyline. In fact, its defining. It's visible from many different parts of the city (and angles) where there was nothing but tree tops visible before. It has made quite the impact.

I would like to see one of these in downtown (SoBro or North side of CBD near Parkway Towers) as well as on on the East Bank. Basically Skyhouse West, Downtown, and East and because of  their locations, they'd each feel unique. Although I'd go 35 floors downtown. Now if I just had the cash...
