Metro North/Western CT Rail

This is more Western CT than anything but who knews what else Metro North will screw up that needs p[osting in here

 

 

Anyways, this is a proposal to extend the Danbury line up to the Mass border to integrate with a Berkshires line up there that MA just pledged 35 million towards
