Recommendations for flexible office space downtown

New to the area and looking for office space downtown. I'm looking for something that is flexible in terms of lease length and number of days per week. Also need something appropriate for meeting with clients, easy parking for clients and sized for 1-2 individuals. Recommendations or any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, basically. Blue35 has a big fancy interactive board. The Factory is also similar but seems to appeal more to techies.

A FB friend sometimes asks me about co-working meeting space, because she's tired of coffee shops and her front porch. And then she asked about what venue might host a Suzuki violin program.

 

Fountain Street Church has several good-sized meeting rooms, just in case someone's looking to use a non-profit's extra space.

 

Also, last year during that event, the Harris Building knocked everyone's sock off. Look into it if you can.
