New Condos & Apartments Opening in Charlotte

Feel free to delete this thread if it is adding too much, but with so many housing projects under construction around the city. I thought it might be helpful to start something similar to the Brewery document we have. I will get it started, but excuse my ignorance, that will all the projects, I have completely lost track of everything. I would like to include: Complex name, location, construction start date, begin leasing date.

 

I don't have time to start a map now or finish out the list but I put the basics together, I can eventually finish the map unless someone else wants to help out on it. And please help build this list!
