Pettaway Square is under construction  now at 21st and Rock.

Moody Brews is nearing an opening date.  Pettaway Square is 17,100-SF six building development in the 400 block of E 21st St.  Moody Brews will be 1000 sqft with seating for 35, and will have 200 sqft covered patio and deck.  Plans to brew 250 barrels a year.

I do like how they put the marker with the year and last name on the building.  It was pretty standard pre-WWII.
