Speaking of Hartford Hospital projects, does anyone know whatever became of this project? I thought it was a great way to redevelop a (still) blighted property. It was approved four years ago but nothing ever happened with it.

thats part of the 10 year plan.

 

i think the deal is that they did the garage, the join thing then they will likely do that

 

they have a few things laid out and seem to be just moving down the list.

 

I do agree it was a good project but it clearly was pushed out.  maybe ccmc backed down or the Institute for living.  I do think we will see more development down here so this building is likely to stick around.  it was approved by the city and they do have funding.
