Magic Springs

CNL is selling off all kinds of holdings. They unloaded their golf courses today. Their amusement park holdings are on the block as well. Magic Springs can be lumped in with Frontier City in OKC, Darien Lake up in New York,  and Elitch Gardens in Denver, The private family company that controls Silver Dollar City had been managing Elitch and Darien. but dropped Elitch. They wouldn't manage Frontier and Magic due to it's closeness to SDC. Most predict them to buy Darien Lake and the rest are up for grabs. There's some Wet and Wild water parks in the mix too.

I hope and pray that Dan Koch that bought what was Alabama Adventure in Birmingham will want to add Magic too as he sets off on his own after leaving Holiday World which was really ran well and very successful under him.
