Honestly I think the windows in the rendering were just meant to be reflecting the sky. Thats why they turned out so blue.

Ahh makes sense, tricky! But I'm not as versed in rendering's as most of you, I just know that a lot of times the final product turn out way different than the rendering haha.  Thanks RDF

With the proportion of the parking deck I think another 5 floors or so would have helped it look far more lean. I agree with "it looks stubby".

Thankfully the top is going to be completely shielded. It will look seamless around for the most part.

I don't think they'll paint it now either.  My experience at the catalyst, underneath the balconies were not painted either.  I like it because it probably extends inside the unit with the same exposed concrete look in the interior.  All boils down to personal preference though.

Yeah I thought the same thing, but those undersides look like crap, which is why I asked.
