Our very own Miami style tower! Today.  However the views from this tower have to be killer as no obstructions looking south.

Looks like a very small pool and pool area for a building of its size.

The parking garage looks really bad at night. It's really bright and the light cuts through the mesh with no problem. Not a good look right next to the park.

All of the top is amenity area no apartments on the top 2 floors per their website. Fitness center, open space etc.

Per the web site the place looks great and the finishes if executed as they list and look in the images put Element to shame.  Prices seem so whack to me, but I guess enough people can afford these + Museum tower???

As someone who has had to decorate a room with curved walls before, I wish them good luck developing the curved walls.

IMO, this building looks pretty crappy up close (say, from the park).  However, from the west coming into the city, it looks great.  So, it could be worse...
