Bass Pro Shops

Recommended Posts

I just read that article and think that that council man is exaggerating just a bit. Saying that folk from Charlotte and Atlanta are going to come to Greer, excuse me Spartanburg (chuckle), to shop at Bass Pro Shop. And this store is going to be a game changer is shear fantasy. Well maybe in spartanburg it will, but not for everyone. I do understand his excitement for his community. But please. Let's be real

LOL, I guess he doesn't know that Atlanta and Charlotte have BPS. Although in Spartanburg County, like the airport it's a lot closer to Greenville than Spartanburg which in this respect is a good thing but I'm not a big fan of this project. Not sure how much this will increase traffic but there is enoough on 85 now.

Perhaps...the pulse is probably shallow. Many situations with this...negative aspects may outweigh the positives. It could happen...way down the road. BP also purchased  property on I-26 (near Inman)...this area /site may appear more promising for a major development.
