Happening across the country but nevertheless good to see in comparison to GR with the usual 'different market' caveats.  No mention of LIHC's, but maybe that market has morphed passed that necessity.  Maybe we'll see less reliance here.

Yeah Minneapolis core has been far past the point of critical mass for a long time,  I can't imagine phrase "LIHC" is ever considered when proposing a new development.
