In the last week or so, another three units went under contract. 6 sold and 2 'Reserved'.

I  suspect the Markley Station construction getting started has helped build interest in this project.

I really wish the city would look at power line burial on Markley. it would seem to be the best time to do so.

7 Sold 3 Reserved. 

Now 8 sold, 5 Reserved.

Given how quickly this is selling, I am really glad they added more units.   

Looks like the digital billboards for this project on the Church Street bridge are definitely helping. Should start construction in September.

I think the fact that there is just very little on the market helps too.

Plus until work started on Markley Station, some buyers may have been hesitant. That may have held back the Perimeter too. Given the large number of hotel already in the pipeline, maybe the owners will revert back to going that route.
