Looks very Park Ave and less warehouse district, especially to sit adjacent to an abandoned warehouse and train tracks. However I like the addition of condos to this area.

I like the overall plan, but just get rid of the carports.

 

The current building I don't think has a lot of potential given its size and elevation.

Normally I say keep the old historic buildings. But, that is an ugly building. Tear it down.

I can understand why they said no. I did like it but not there. There needs to be something of the warehouse/industrial design in that location. There are plenty of other places for that kind of design.

Wasn't sure what the fate of the project was, but there's now a rendering posted on the face of the warehouse to be demolished. The condo market is certainly trying to make a come back

This one has a new sign out front and a website. It would be pretty awesome to see this and Perimeter under construction simultaneously.

I would suspect that once 12 units are reserved, construction could begin.

One of the digital billboards on the Church Street bridge is for this project. It said construction will start in Fall 2017.

In the last week or so, another three units went under contract. 6 sold and 2 'Reserved'.

I  suspect the Markley Station construction getting started has helped build interest in this project.

I really wish the city would look at power line burial on Markley. it would seem to be the best time to do so.

The new parking lots along Markley are very unfortunate. That's way too much hardscape and vehicular emphasis when combined with the new QT. That would be my biggest reservation about the location of this development.

Since you mentioned it, am I the only one who thinks that QT is a huge waste of  that space? That seems like a prime spot and could have been used for something much nicer and way better looking.

I think the fact that there is just very little on the market helps too.

Plus until work started on Markley Station, some buyers may have been hesitant. That may have held back the Perimeter too. Given the large number of hotel already in the pipeline, maybe the owners will revert back to going that route.
