Great news. 

It will be interesting to see what Real Op does with the corner lot (Rhett and Markley) next door.  I think they should go back to the original plan for a mixed use condo project.  It was just a little too early back in 2014 or whenever they started.  Now that all the 'planned' projects are underway, the interest should be higher.

Definitely need some height on that corner. Condos would be nice.

You are correct. October 2017 update  on their website says a tower crane will be installed.

Here is another bit of information from that update that I find interesting: 

  • Over 400K reclaimed brick were harvested from a 100+ year old manufacturing plant in St. Louis, MO; being delivered to outside location for storage awaiting installation.
