I think it needs to integrate with both.

 

I agree, but to try and do it all is a stretch. That was/is a difficult piece of property to try and develop. Maybe instead of using the property only for residential, they can subdivide it into residential and retail/office. That's if its not already zoned for it. Then they could have two buildings and that's if they are able. I'm just brain-storming folks. It's obviously something they are not doing.

Moving forward. Rents start at $950 for a 550 SF studio to $1,800 fro 3 BR.


^^ The site plan layout has improved, but I don't know that the Mill architecture didn't look better and more appropriate, than this butterfly roof-line stuff.  I think over time it will look dated.
