This photo managed to peek over the fence into Phase 2 of Dr. Phillips Center and get a nice angle on South Eola, including Citi Tower.

^^ Nice. I like the oversized window vs full floor to ceiling glass - it helps define the space a bit better and provide a little more privacy. Any more pics?

Yeah, that's a Revit rendering. (or another photo-realistic program)  You can tell by the lights and some of the reflections. As good as they are, the light modeling still is a giveaway with those programs compared to real life.

The lights give it away. When it was first posted, I assumed it was real until I walked by the other day and realized the mechanical is probably not up and running.

What I'm wondering is... what's with the funky looking bare concrete ceilings in those interior renderings? You can see the brown stains from the wood forms and the rubberized goop oozing out of the expansion joints.

Is that supposed to be some kind of hip new design thing? Like these retail stores with the exposed piping and duct work overhead?

I dunno. Looks kinda crappy to me.
