Yup.  That's what I was trying to point out earlier with superimposing the rendering in that space.  Citi Tower will be a couple of stories taller than the Waverly, and will fill in the gap nicely in between those buildings as seen from the area of Relax Grill/Vue area on the NW corner of the lake. Perspective-wise, it will probably look about the same size as Waverly, filling the wall in behind Paramount, given that it is a bit further south. Exciting stuff!

I really can't wait for pricing on this. 420 is coming in around 1700 for a 1 bedroom and this will be in a better location and looks nicer to me.

Cool logo design.  This is one of the classier developments of the "new wave" IMO.  Too bad I can't afford it. Champagne sense of style on a Miller High Life budget, lol.

This really is a stunning looking building. I'd go out on a limb and say it's Orlando's first and only great architectual highrise design. Hopefully it looks as good in real life as it does in renderings.

That's more or less what I've been saying.

Beautiful building in not the most desirable location.

Out on Central or Rosalind would've been great.

But, it is what it is, I guess.

It'll be an awesome addition to the skyline looking south across the lake.

I love the location.  Filling in gaps in South Eola is just awesome.  Church Street could become a great corridor after 520 is built.

Agreed, I like seeing development along Church. Whenever I walk eastward I take Church. Less congestion, less harassment from crazy homeless people congregating in front of 7-Eleven (on either Pine or Central, for that matter. They both have 7-Eleven homeless congregations. -_-), plenty of shade (though it could use a bit more in segments). 

Within a few years time, Church will have thousands of residents, three major sporting venues, and hopefully lots and lots of businesses.

I like seeing development on Church too, I just wish the really attractive buildings like Citi Tower would go up in more highly visible locations while junk like Modera would be the ones that get buried back in South Eola.
