LOL Ryan, rjp212, has already called me. First come first serve. There isn't a whole lot of money changing hands here, so not much of a commission. Hopefully though I won't make him work to hard for the meager amount.

I also need a tax guy willing to give some free (or really inexpensive) advice :-P And possibly an attorney who is familiar with setting up corporations and/or a partnership, but be forewarned I have an attorney in the family who will double check your work (he's not NC licensed though).
