Take a look at https://bostonsquaregr.org/our-process. In particular look at Report #3. The rendering above was used to discuss scale, not architecture. Each building will go back to the Planning Commission for final architectural design. Report #3 discusses some of the neighborhood design preference for what the final building designs could look like.

A second building has been approved for the Amplify GR project. Looks like they’re going for tax credits in October:

The 45,000-square-foot hub was originally expected to open in phases starting at the beginning of this year. The community hub’s only secured tenants at this time are Corewell Health, which is opening a community health clinic on the ground floor, and Amplify GR, which plans to move its offices to the building."
