Haven't been able to snap photos but this is moving along nicely.   Crane arrived late last week and some of the prefab already had some brick looking exterior so as those pieces went up (garage stairwell and I think an adjacent piece or two) it suddenly looks even further along than it is.

This is a massive plot.

ARB report for sign package for the existing Orlando Health facility adjacent to this project (It was the annex to the old Lucerne Pavilion).

One of the uses of this building is "Team Member Center" which I found to be interesting and perhaps a way to induce employees to get used to finding the retail there?

Team member center screams training facility.  You're right.  If they train there and its a block north of the hospital maybe it'll encourage them to use the retail.

Someone needs to buy Lucerne Towers and either implode it or actually invest money into it. They have some of the best vies of the city.

I don't think the word "need" means what you think it means. I can't imagine anyone "needing" to do that.

I'm guessing RS25 just used "needs to" as a convenient way of saying "should" or "oughtta".

Wouldn't it have been better to say "...one of the smartest posters here" as opposed to "...one of the smartest posters on here"?

These are the type of midsized developments that I get most excited to see in and around the core - helping to create a critical mass leading into the central downtown area. Orange Ave from Lucerne to Michigan should be lined with a 6-story street wall.
