That much is a given. Even without the N&O block (which could still be anything... I'll reserve optimism until we get an announcement), with the four projects we know are happening-- 301 Hillsborough, Charter Square North, the Edison, and the Dillon will make a significant impact on the perceived density. I've posted renders in the past showing what it will look like and while the final details of the buildings have changed a little, the overall effect will be the same.
