Wow, this is a fantastic design. Buildings like this give me hope for the future of the development industry.

 

 

I wonder if we can get this changed to "Main at Falls Park"..?

Love it! And an extra floor is always a plus. And if I remember correctly, the top is an open seating area with a partial roof, meaning the top will really be seven floors tall?

:good: Can't wait to see this project come together. This will make the intersection of Falls Park and Main complete and it will be amazing. Anyone have any ideas as to what retail and restaurant will be calling this home?

The original drawings show it coming in at about 86 feet. With the added 6th floor and including the rooftop arbors, stair/elevator enclosures and windbreak walls, the building should be very close to 100 feet tall, similar in height to the Riverplace building across the street.
