Beer Garden coming to downtown Greensboro

Developer Marty Kotis want to put a beer garden in a forgotten part of downtown Greensboro which has great potential. The southwest section of downtown Greensboro bound by Eugene St to the east, the railroad tracks to the north, Freeman Mill Rd to the west and Lee Street to the south, is truly a dead part of downtown. But that is starting to change. I would like to see the downtown university campus/district expand in this part of downtown.
