If they would've done like a slant with the design it would've been cool. Nashville developers are the worst when it comes to stepping out the box...

 

Atleast it's gonna have lots of retail and restaurants (street activation)

Yes.  It appears that the floor they are working on right now is missing the columns closest to 1st Ave.  (They have historically been starting those first).  Plus the concrete pump was taken down on that side in lieu of the one closer to 2nd Ave.

Based on how much thinner the office side is, the progress should be much quicker now.

That's a rendering of 222 2nd Street in San Francisco, which is a shame because its a big improvement over the giant glass box we're getting.

You beat me to it. I have seen that rendering many times before and got excited the first time I saw it and realized it was not in Nashville.

I have also noticed a lot of the Pin it images are wrong, wrong, wrong. Some people post the 505 tower as the Westin and other stupid things.
