Silicon Ranch will occupy 19,000 square feet of space at 222 2nd Ave South, which Houston-based Hines is developing along with Nashville-based C.B. Ragland Co. In addition to Silicon Ranch's corporate headquarters, that space will house the company's newly created network operations center from where it will monitor performance of its plants nationwide.

With Silicon Ranch's signing to take up the 19th floor, the 362,000 square feet of office space at the 25-story 222 building is 62 percent leased.

From Nashville Post:

Work is underway on the future office space in mixed-used tower 222 2nd for Hollywood-based Paradigm Talent Agency.

The company will take one-half of the 16th floor in the building, which stands 25 floors and about 300 feet tall at 222 Second Ave. S.

Nashville-based Solomon Builders is handling the build-out, with a permit valued at $765,000.

It's interesting that Pinnacle is losing a tenant so (relatively) soon after opening. I wonder on the reasoning. You'd think the rental rates were similar and the building are so close.

Tenants move all the time. This is very common, especially for a small tenant moving up in space.

HOW is that building 300 ft. tall???  It has the uncanny ability to look no more than 50 feet tall in most photos.  SO SQUATTY!

I've noticed that it looks much taller on 2nd avenue. It doesn't have the "step" from the parking garage to the office space, so it's just one big wall.
