Nice rendering. Good density. Still hard to tell how tall the Hyatt will be. I hope that silver glass building at the corner of 8th and Church is more than just a concept. Glad they plan to keep the old classical BSSB HQ building at 8th and Commerce.

The office tower on the north side of Church appers to be around 40 stories and there is either another residential building or hotel north of it.

I hate any building with any sort of nice element being demolished. I don't see how they cannot incorporate these buildings into their development. 

If I were to live/work/play in a particular section of town, I want to have vintage buildings incorporated with the new.

Definitely agree with the Vancouver comparison. The only difference being Nashville having better looking buildings, yes I said it lol.
