of course, that skyline shot.

On the bright side, Nashville is lucky to have an iconic skyline shot. Most cities (especially of our size) would kill to be able to have a view that scenic and unique. We're desensitized to it by now, but it is pretty beautiful.

Correct. Church Street (Upper 10th) is used to measure the height for both towers

South tower (20 stories) - 340 ft:
20 levels above Church street
3 levels below Church street

North tower (24 stories):
18 levels office
1 level office amenities
3 levels flexible space
2 levels parking above Church street
3 levels parking below Church street
3 levels parking below grade

I think the hotel is 330 ft

North tower is 350 roof, I think 375 mechanical roof and speculate 390 for structural height

South tower is 340.2 ft structural height, 325.3 mechanical roof height

So I found the height for the towers. Do these numbers still hold?

When the AEG cranes go up this view is going to be remarkable.  Who owns that corner at 8th and Church?

If Giarratana doesn't get the Church Street Park for his Paramount, he could build on this site, which appears from Google maps to be just a few feet larger. Who owns the old Tulane hotel site catty-corner to this? That's more than enough room for his tower.

Here is the diagram originally posted by @Craiger

Adding up the heights of level 1-20 comes up to a height of 334.3’ above Church St. for Tower One.

Yes, these numbers are correct

The South tower structural height is 340.2 with 20 levels above Church Street

The numbers for the North tower are still unknown, but I still stand by my speculation numbers which are based off the South tower

This is where I got these numbers, from plans at start of construction. Unless they changed, this is what I have and don't have time to pull again tonight:
