Union Station in the early 60's when the shed was still operational.  Notice the billboard on Broadway in the lower left corner advertising 4% interest on savings.  Wish I could get that now.  That billboard says Amazon now.

Those columns look like they may be supports for the raised portion of 10th Avenue within the project. It's hard to tell.

Yeah, that's what those columns are.  I posted a picture focusing on them and their purpose last week.  The actual MGM site is having more activity with equipment on site.

Oi, wouldn’t that be amazing?!  Although I’ve baselessly had my hopes up for things like this before, this does seem optimal for lighting...!

I hadn't even thought of that but it would be an AMAZING place to have a LED wall that is a more advanced version of the lights on the Marriott in Kansas City (see below). It could be used for major events, holidays, etc.
