^^That beige color with that glass does the building no justice.  I’m not sure what colors would look better...but the beige just makes it look cheap.

Something a lot closer in color/shade to the windows. Fortunately, that side of the building won't be too visible in the skyline after the build-out.

I agree 100%. I don't know why they think they have to go with these nasty ugly earth tones that show every speck of dirt and grime. Its also what everyone else uses on their buildings. You would think they would want to stand out and look superior with a superior product.

From the other side it looks great, but I agree from that side it looks like a Reno casino built in the 1980's.

Even a grey color would look better.  Maybe still not the perfect color...but better than beige.

There are actually etched lines in the tan finish long the sides of the tower that are meant to match up with the stone cladding going on the pedestal.  Just for the record, I think it looks fine.

The south face of the Amazon Tower One has a system of horizontal blinds that are presumably designed to cut down on Direct sunlight shining into the offices on that side.  Today I got a few shots of these panels.  It also appears that fins, similar to the Bridgestone tower, will be installed on the east and west corners of the south side.

I have decided that I don't like the style of this building... I find it bland and monotonous. And I doubt the street level will depart much from that to look as welcoming as a Las Vegas casino hotel.

Speaking of Upper Tenth Avenue, I got a better perspective on it with this view looking south from the Church Street viaduct.  It is level with Broadway, but Tenth Avenue North goes downhill from Broad so it will comfortably go under the new road which provides access to Nashville Yard buildings.  The original Tenth will not be disturbed and it will pass in front of the garage in Amazon One and Two.

As slow as they're going on the garage, I'm thinking maybe they'll go ahead and stop with the garage instead of completing tower #2 for now.  Was hoping they would go ahead and finish it off, with all of the employees they're expecting to hire.
