I remember that clearly, there was also the enclosed “drive-In” movie attraction. I think all three should be included in a family entertainment area on the East Bank. No honky tonks, no adult only venues, just a area for everyone to enjoy. Interconnected with greenways and bike paths, with artworks and picnic areas etc. NOT A THEME PARK , a entertainment area.

Yeah, I’m thinking that might be. However I’m hoping that they will go up together. I say this because, it’s been said that the developers want to wrap up ALL of Nashville Yards by the end of 2025. And if you think about it , not sure Pinnacle Bank or any other tenants in that tower , would want to do business with construction of the other towers right outside the doors. Makes more sense to get it all done at the same time, especially with the lower levels of parking and the plaza area connecting.

Diagram for structures that will make up the AEG portion of the development.  Specific heights still not verified, but pretty sure they will be:

9A1 (office and commercial) 10 stories on south end, 12 on north end.

9A2 (music venue) around 4 stories)

9A3 (residential tower) around 30 stories.

9B3 (residential tower) around 30 stories.

The two future pads along 9th Ave. North could be 35 and 20 stories.  

There will be a massive underground garage across the full 4+ acres that will be around 5 levels deep in the NE corner, and 2 levels deep in SW corner.

This one's looking good! Glad to see it progress pretty quickly.

Add in the rising steel from both of Giarratana's buildings on Church, and the soon-to-rise Yards towers, and this part of Nashville will be totally different by 2024.

Yeah I was wondering about that, they had the first photo showing Amazon 3 shorter. But then all the others (as your post show) they are definitely showing it much taller

I think that's just a coincidence/mistake.   Mariota joined the Raiders prior to the 2020 season and Pinnacle wasn't announced until June of last year.  Also, I think these AEG renders didn't originally show up until last year as well.  Seeing Amazon 3 taller again as in a past render in addition to this time having the funky shape makes me super hopeful and excited.

By zooming-in on the three big boys that will line the CSX tracks, it now appears that Amazon 3 (1001 Church) will be 41 stories above Church St. Viaduct; Pinnacle Tower will be 38 stories above Upper 10th Ave. North; and the 10th Ave. North Residential Tower will be 38 stories.  

Additionally, the office structure that will be part of the AEG Theater is now 12 stories at its peak.

With Amazon 3 now being 41 stories, the YMCA tower is gonna compliment this development, and that Amazon tower in particular, even better. That section of Church St. is going to be unrecognizable when everything is built out. Even in new Nashville standards, this seems almost unbelievable that this is coming. 2025 can't come soon enough!

This is awesome!  We need to crowd-fund a new "grass roots" movement in Seattle to bring back the employee tax idea there and drive Amazon to move more employees to Nashville!
