I have now changed the entire site to under construction as I have seen all of the permits applied for and they will be issued soon. The DTC DRC action for the Yards portions was deferred earlier in the month and will be brought up later, but this does not keep the parking garage or anything else from moving forward.

As far as the action for the DTC the Miles was approved along with the Philips Plaza.

Have you seen anymore on what exactly will go along 9th in the AEG site?  Potential tallboys…right?

Nothing other than what was in the Metro docs.

Which residential are you talking about? The residential at at the AEG site for the two buildings along Commerce seemingly are a go in the AEG footprint. The Residential building next to the Grand Hyatt I think will have the parking garage under construction at this time only until more permits are issued. The rest of the height for the Yards and AEG site still have to be approved by the DTC the way I understand it.

The other residential building behind the Holiday Inn will be a later phase I suppose.

The parking podium for that building is a go. I imagine that tower will play out much like Amazon 2, and could be re-designed entirely dependent on the eventual tenants needs.

What a great shot!

I'm so glad they are finally digging into the dirt and we are seeing actual steel beams rise up. I admit I was worried a bit about the infill on this site, last year. With it sitting dormant and an empty gravel lot for a while, between the Hyatt construction and the Amazon 1 Tower. 

But now I'm pumped it's moving along, seemingly much faster now.
