If you look at that last photo which is the Pinnacle parcel, the photographer was probably standing right next to the Amazon 3 parcel because those buildings will be right next to each other.

Is it topped out now--or does it have a good amount of feet left to go yet? I think this one tops out around 420 feet?

Thanks for the information.   I was specifically asking for the parcel number for Amazon 3 in order to find out who is the GC.  I should have been more specific with my question though I have found this information; Amazon 3 is Parcel 3 of Nashville Yards.

Specifically Parcel 3B. Parcel 3A is the Pinnacle tower.

It will probably be a partnership between Clark- Bell.  They have done the other two buldings.

I believe Amazon has the right of first refusal on the 3rd tower. So if another tenant comes along then can then step in and sign a lease for the building.

I feel like this area will be the new "downtown hotspot" center of Nashville. Lower Broadway will always be THE epicenter, but this portion will have a new flurry of activity with retail, restaurants, bars, condos and offices surrounding it. 

I think it will be nested right in the heart of the city, and hopefully they'll put an urban Target there or a Trader Joe's too, and some other awesome restaurants/retail.

With the progress on this side of the development do we believe this parcel will need another tower crane sometime in the near future? It looks like one of the two up already may be able to reach but my knowledge of this is minimal.

Based on FAA filings there will be a third tower crane.

As far as I know all of the DTC DRC filings were passed last week for the Nashville Yards projects.

This photo from NC reminds me of one of my favorite aspects of Pinnacle and possibly 1001, their height.  Looking at that 12th St. cluster, it definitely needs some height variation, IMO.  That's also why I'm really hoping GC comes through as proposed.
