Gotta feeling that the entire west side will be lit up...at least on the "edges."  But I wonder if, by chance, all of the metal grates will be lit up?  If so, I would think that could possibly include a chance for words / visuals to be programmed into the lights.

They are definitely using the recently leveled area as staging/parking at the moment. I’d imagine we’re a ways away from that segment starting, and even re-designed due to Covid(just speculation).

I can't say with a great deal of certainty, but from conversations I have had in recent weeks it is not about re-designing, but rather the development group slow walking things due to Covid to assess the market as things come online.

Got it. They do have a lot of office space to fill in that section of the development. Hopefully that section of the development doesn’t stay a gravel lot for too long.

I think it's safe to assume now that the LED lighting will, at the least, be on all of the edges of the western facing side of the Grand Hyatt.  Only question I have is whether or not any of the "screen" over the windows will have lighting.

The concrete portion of the deck under Amazon Two is nearing completion.   The second photo below shows the rebar nubbins that usually signal a transition to steel construction like the other tower.   I expect the contractor is hoping they keep going so they won't have to shut down and wait for the next phase.  Anybody know anything about the lease?

Amazon really changes the view from the Union Street connector.  This view is looking west from Eighth and Union.
