This picture is really starting to come together! Stop and put it all in your mind, this new district, Tony G’s two towers , Pinnacle tower, Amazon 3 , Highwoods towers,Asurion, Gibson, Any more? The density is going to be amazing! Then the towers around the Circle and what’s going on in Midtown ... wow . Then we have the East Bank getting ready to pop!

We also have the 20ish story hotel at the corner of Rosa Parks and Commerce. If only Tony G could resurrect the Paramount, or dare I say, Signature Tower somewhere else around here, it’d really be something.

And let's not forget Nash Yards' 37 story residential tower just north of Grand Hyatt, Nash Yards' Residential project of 10-15 stories on SE corner of Commerce and 10th North,  Streelight's 30 story residential tower east of Amazon One & Two, 16 story Edition Hotel on 11th Ave. North at Porter,  and Flank may very well have another 20+ story project in between Gibson and Asurion.  It's gonna be one dense area!

They aren't directly across the street. 801 Church is on the SE corner of 9th/Church, and 900 is on the NW corner. 900 is across the street from the proposed entertainment district of Nashville Yards.

You have to remember that if these are under construction, you would also have Tony's two, the Pinnacle Bank building, Amazon 2, Gibson Residence, Probably Edition Hotel, maybe, the large apartment building next to Grand Hyatt, and there could be another surprise or two starting in there???????

Also, the buildings going up in the southeast corner of The Gulch will begin to visually connect with the buildings on 8th just south of Pickup Stix.

The only tall building I know of for sure is the Chrysler Building 2.0 we’re getting on top of Love Circle.

Any chance the 3 residential towers will be more than 25-30 stories?  At least one in the 50-65 story range?  Might be a good area for 3 tall and skinny residential buildings staggered at 50, 65 and 80 stories.  Just wishing out loud...

Amazon One (566,000 sq. ft. of office space) already has some employees working there. Amazon reports that they have now hired over 2,000 employees for the Operations Center of Excellence that will eventually take up at least 3 towers in Nashville Yards.

Amazon now ranks among downtown's largest private employers and could be the largest of that group, rivaled only by Bridgestone Americas and HCA Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: HCA). Their return to the office is an important barometer for downtown's recovery from Covid-19 shutdowns and other restrictions put in place to slow the spread of Covid-19.
