So, is the apartment tower next to the Grand Hyatt officially under construction?

I was wondering the same thing when I saw the activity at that location but the Pinnacle Tower is supposed to start soon so maybe it's some sort of preparation for that to begin.  It looked like they were digging some kind of a trench so it might be for sewer or utilities.  I don't think the apartment tower will be starting for quite awhile.

Could it be possible that they are working on Yards Park? They appear to have the equipment in the realm of the dashed line between 11:101 and 11L102. There will be an extensive amount of work for the park and while I don't see anything permit wise, maybe they are laying ground work for that?

I certainly don't know, yet that digging looks too far east on the parcels to be the park.   I don't know what to think, yet I'm excited to see what it's all about.

Question- isn’t all the remaining buildings going up on the west side of 10th all on and connected via a elevated plaza level with parking below … ie  upper and lower 10th.? So if it is , wouldn’t they likely want to build it all at once? Wouldn’t it make more sense, then to do it piecemeal and have to do somethings more then once? Just wondering, any insight would be appreciated.
