Can't wait to get final dimensions/details on these tic-tac-toe three (1001 Church, Pinnacle, and residential tower).  I thought someone teased the final count on Pinnacle, yet nothing yet...???

Looks like west elevator shaft has gone up slightly (maybe space for mechanical??) but it has already hit the full 22 floors of elevator openings. So the tower may end up more where this shaft is currently.

I’m not sure if it will go to 30 or not, but that crane still looks higher then it should for it to be topping out just yet.

From the Channel 17 downtown webcam, the taller elevator shaft already looks as tall as the 5/3 building (not allowing for any change in elevation).

Amazon 2 looks much taller than Amazon 1, going by the renderings it should be topped out now. Hopefully though, there’s some surprise and we get a 30 story Amazon 2.

I'm still uncertain what these photos mean. Is this a sign that construction has really started on this building/buildings or simply more ground prep (whatever that means)? Has a permit/permits been issued yet?

Ongoing work is happening every day, regardless of permits.

No permits issued yet, but there are pending Foundation and Master Permits for the Pinnacle building.
