^^So...at 36 stories for 1001 Church...and the average of about 15’ per floor (+/-) in office towers...that would put this around 540’.

Probably correct. 500’-550’.  If built, it’s like adding Birmingham to our skyline. Not that they have a 500 footer but you get my point. I’ll take it...without even saying it should be at least 100’ taller...oops.

They haven’t filed for any permits related to tower 2 yet, at least from what I’ve seen. I’d imagine tower two starts construction just before or just after tower one opens.
