Looks as if the new height of Amazon 1 is 327.8, so that needs to be updated as well on the building height thread.  It may be around 328 or 329. It really depends on how it is counted. It is some where in that range but the Wiki page had it at 366 or so and it is not there for sure.

The heights on the Wiki page are NOT to be trusted.  Way off on many of the buildings.  Regardless, this is super exciting news!  And I'm greedy so come on Amazon...grab 1001 and supersize it!!!

I really wish Nashville had embraced the Chicago model for honorary street names. (Nashville, please stop with the street name changes!)

The thing is, they’ve done this. 4th Ave S in front of Bridgestone is “Bridgestone Way.” There are a few other examples. I feel as though that would’ve been the better approach than a full renaming in some cases.

Amid the euphoria of Amazon II getting back on track there was a discussion about the tower being made of steel like the first one.   I expect that is the case so we will have to wait a while for the girders to be fabricated and shipped.  This means it will be weeks before we see any real action on the site.  Nonetheless, it is great to be able to watch this new tower rise from the parking garage.  From the drawings it appears the executive suite will be in #Two.
