^^It's more about the color of the high-end material...rather than the material itself.  A little darker and I think it would have looked nicer from a distance.

I love those facade detail shots! That could potentially be a cool photo series that shows the city in a different way.

It looks like a couple of the existing Church St piers may have to be removed/rebuilt to allow lower 10th to pass under the viaduct?     If I’m seeing this correctly.
