Site seems to be cursed.

It does happen to have an issue. The building next to it is not built to the property line. Its at a slight angle. So any building on this property can not be attached the entire way through.

So what do you do with the few inches in-between...?

That design looked pretty old fashioned on the inside. I'm not surprised that they wouldn't get enough pre-sales.

i don't think it ever got to pre-sales, I don't remember seeing it on Realtor.com.

Apparently this is a dead project....exterior looked appealing for that location. Interior design looked elegant (perhaps old fashioned)....I am old fashioned but this is way out of my league.  A good location...hope something exciting will be eventually developed there!
