Transit should be a concern for every city in GA and the nation, for that matter.

A resurgence in Georgia transit planning - Transit Planning Board website. The Atlanta ULI chapter is conducting a survey as well. You may have to be a member to participate, not sure.

The new vision - website here - Of course, being in West GA, this isn't exactly great news for this side of the state...

I think its kinda silly that in Southeast Ga, where the lines split, there is no station. Even though this is likely a very small town, like Folkston perhaps, it would be very beneficial to local economic development initiatives for there to be a station at the split. We need to remember that economic development should be a priority for communities of all sizes, not just big cities. ED in one part of the state, improves ED in all of the state.
