I have come to recognize a QCexpat photo without noticing the avatar. The framing and composition is just so. Well planned, and lighting and perspective from an angle that requires diligence.

Yeah I was wondering if the concept, Saku, has backed out / shelved their plans given the economic climate for restaurants.

wasn't Saku on the bottom ground floor?  that is the most likely in my opinion to be re-leased as a restaurant space again.

Personally, I'd be thrilled to see a lot more of this type of product both in Uptown and in neighborhoods around center city.  Great way to densify and diversify the structure-scape, but less imposing and intimidating than what we'd get with the bulk of a full-block tower or high-rise.  I love density, but high-rises over-rated IMO.
