B Tower (5th Street Retail Infill Building)

The B Tower does blend into beige Truist Tower for sure.   Hopefully with lighting and signage it can stand out more.   Today.

I’m thinking it was - otherwise we would see the wood facade by now. The exterior wall that faces toward the West looks finished to me.

I disagree. You can see where the EIFS ends and where there is still a space for facade material. The ceilings of the recessed patios will also be the wood, and that still hasn't been done. So all the places we expect wood, haven't been covered yet, so I think people are jumping the gun bigly.

Was walking with a buddy yesterday around this area and he said "wow, those look like nice condos" lol.

Overall, great project - the rooftop tenant is going to have killer views...looking forward to hearing about the other tenants.  That whole area has become a solid entertainment block.  I also think it will help with Sea Level's visibility by attracting more foot-traffic to the area.
