Cap should be getting underway soon.

Correct me if I am wrong, this looks to be 25 floors if this is indeed topped out on landings. Initially was to be 28 floors then 26? Am I missing something?

The cap that's going on top is about 3 stories. 

I think they count that into the total.

Oh well, now that 55W isn’t that icky brown anymore, it’ll no longer be the ugly stepsister with the weird hat. JFW will take it to the prom!

Eh I wasn’t buying a skyline postcard anyway :)  just give me shade and ground floor retail and the top 5 floors could look like a chia pet.   It will give those sitting in I-4 something to tweet about while I smugly walk from 7-11 to 7-11
