Yes, SMOG west of I-4 near current Concord Apartments and Angels Diner.  Sweet Mother of God!  No rendering though.

Yep, that one. I think it was called Orlando City Center. Proposal for a new tallest as well. I wish I could find renderings from 10 plus years ago.

I thought for sure that we were getting the mirrored twin of the existing hotel and the associated parking garage.  I never thought we'd get the 3 towers on the outside.  Then again I also thought for sure Tradition Towers was a go.

I forgot the name of the project that was supposedly at Skyhouse lot which is equally fancy.  And at a nearby lot, there was supposed to have a small condo building with car elevator.

Anybody remember those two?

Yes.  car elevator building was supposed to be behind The Vue on that side street also behind The Metropolitan.

That other project at the Skyhouse location- I remember it.  I don’t remember the name either.

I fear that this is not going to look half as good as the renderings. On the other hand, it should be a welcome foil to the Fat Conquistador.

All the more reason not to bulldoze the ballroom and whatever else they have planned for Church Street.  

I like that this replaces a parking lot and adds to the pedestrian experience. I’ve never been sold on this design.
