This is a semi urban development. Not liking the parking but at least it's hidden. Building has a nice street presence and good design.

But I know exactly where that is. I'm from down the street from there, probably 5 minutes off C ave on barre st.

I never new that was a restaurant equipment place right there, though I knew about the recycling place. If they mask it rustic, could be a very nice fill.  Seems like now of days, people do not mind living by tracks...
