They got the entire curbing  poured  ( old Sears/ Canal Ins side)in one night so they didn't have to close  the others. I hope they get this project completed much sooner than expected so Northpointe can get started.  Doesn't seem all that complicated of a project.

They could punch some windows in it and do a little Ponce City Market for Greenville but we are kinda already getting one with the Feed and Seed.

Not sure if there is a better forum to put this in, but looks like the city is initiating a master plan for Wade Hampton Blvd. Hopefully some real strategy goes into this, because right now it just looks like townhomes and mini-storages popping in wherever developers can get their hands on land.
